The Canuck's New Interior. 120-130

Hi All,

I posted some shots of my stereo install a couple of weeks ago and promised that I would send up some shots of the new interior when I got it installed. Well last night I bolted in the new leather interior. The base for the interior came from a junk-yard 1982 264, the leather was treated using Leatherique dyes and oils (no association, works great) and the colour was changed from black to burgundy to match (well close) to the original dark red. The front seats were a kind donation from Dale (volvo245gti) and were reskined with the 264 leather.

The rear seat back had to be cut back to fit as the 240 series cars are a little wider at the shoulder...same at the base however. So I pulled back the cover, cut the foam and rewelded the wire seat frame.

Here's the back seat finished...the base fits directly in no change between the 122 and the 240 in seat size - crazy.

Cheers,
Craig
