I have contemplated the same thing, especially since the wifemobile has remote access that unlocks or locks all five doors (965).

What I don't know is whether or not the rear window cut-out switch can be replaced with a double-pole double throw momentary contact center-off switch like one of the window switches. Of ocurse that would end the rear window cut-out option, a safety feature if one has younder children in the back seat. We don't.

What I do know is that the driver's door will need to have a door lock actuator installed. BB says that the one from a RR door will work, though I have seen a post that said any one will do.

With the switch and the actuator, it's just a matter of wiring the actuator in parallel to the other ones, and the switch in parallel to the switch on the lock knob.

How easy it is to write a full-day job!!
