B18 whats a fair price? 120-130

hi everyone, i have a B18 i'm replacing with a B20. a friend of my old lady's mom is looking for one to replace in his 64. its got around 90-100,000 kms on it, was definatly rebuilt in the near past. leaks some oil from the oil pan somewhere and it started leaking oil from the oil presure sender, other than that its going strong and pulls pretty hard. what is it worth, i need to figure out a fair price being this is a volvo guy and a friend of the family so to speak. once i know what its worth roughly i can figure out who low to drop it, just not sure where to start.
