loose clutch pedal 120-130 1966

Here i go again, Now that my boyfriend has had another eye surgery, 4 in 6 weeks,. He wants me to fix the clutch pedal which needs to be pushed in all the way. I kinda know how or what to do, i just don't know how to, or what. They told me this arm here, and pointed, needs to have those screws, and pointed, tightened. And I was ok, but there is only one screw on that arm. long story short can someone tell me how to do this short of me killing him and selling the car to one of you for parts?
