Pan under radiator mounts how?

You know it would really be nice if you let people know which model you are working on. From your vague description I am going to guess that you are working on a 960 style air guide that screws into the back of the front spoiler at three places and then screws into the bottom of the radiator in the rear. If this is the case there should be 3 plastic stand offs that fit in the slots and 3 long screws that go through them into the holes in the bottom of the radiator. Sound/look about right to you?
