95 960 Code 232 900

My 95 960 sedan poste a code 2-3-2, which is O2 sensor, MAF, or Intake. This popped up last month, and I thought it was gone

The Symptoms:
Rough idle on start
RPM's surge in idle
Seems to be better on highway and after warm
Loss of power/hesitates/Stumbles on accelerate

Here is what I have done to date:

1. Replaced MAF
2. Cleaned Thorttle body
3. New Flame trap
4. Tried methyl hydrate
5 Tried fuel injector cleaner
6. Tested O2 sensor
7. Replaced vacuum to throttle body

Any ideas guys? I am at my wits end and do not want to do the dealer approach of put in as many parts as possible until one of them works!!!
