Heater Core HELP! S90-V90

I have the whole damn dash apart and I'm stuck. I can't figure out how to get the distribution box out. I have removed all of the bolts and it free from the "back plate". I can't get the duct work out from underneath it and it won't go over the duct work. I am at an impass and i need some help.
