240 Woes...

Idle Control valve. Easy test is to take it out and put 12V to one pin and ground on the other of the connector. If the valve jumps closed..it's working.

I don't think that's it though.

How much gas is in the car? Wondering if your soft line in the tank has a crack in it. At 1/2 tank is when it will start to suck air.
