Greetings, brother Karl,

Almost anything is better than the single downpipe. The header is likely better, too.

If you are really building a motor, you'll want to tune the headers with the head, and tune the intake - this will yield some HP gains.

The sport exhaust with a single downpipe header is likely not going to boost much of anything.
