232 code causes 200

I recently got a check engine light on my '91 240 wagon. The only code was 232. It's for the fuel trim at idle. The FAQ says O2 sensor, but could it be something else? I don't think that it has vacuum leaks. Not sure about the injector seals. When I tried to reset the light, I held the button for >5 sec but couldn't get the LED to light up solid after that. It always cleared the codes before.
