Plugs and wires question

They probably sold you #64 or #65 Autolites. They are resistor type. The equivalent non-resistor would be #54 or #55. MOST cars use both resistor/supressor wires AND plugs. There is nothing wrong with this combination. The Autolites are often lower priced but the are definitely a quality spark plug. So long as you properly gapped them, they will perform very well. Better so than the India produced W7D that you might get (same number made in many factories).
