Have a metric tube fitting wrench available for those coolant lines. I'm guessing 13mm or 14mm as the tubing is 10mm. Taking off the clips that hold the in & out lines together will make things more maneuverable.
Use a back-up wrench to keep the radiator part from turning, especially on the new one.
Not much transmission fluid will leak from the lines but, the stuff in the radiator's heat exchanger will run out. 1/2 pint or so?
