Wierd dim warning lights - fuse ? 200 1993

The problem is indeed worn-out brushed on the alternator voltage regulator. The lights are a sure indicator that this is the problem. The SRS light comes on because the diagnostic detects a low-voltage condition. When this was a problem on my car, the SRS lamp would go out after a minute or so, but the other lights would stay on (dim).
