740 Brake Bleeding Problem

No ballooning of hoses. Very stiff hoses. I don't know how some of the past threads we're able to clamp off a line like mine, for trying to isolate a week caliper. The hoses are too short to mix calipers on this car. The frt calipers are installed with the hose inlet on the upper side. I've got a Pressure Bleeder now & using it at ~ 17 psi. No visible leaks
