shifting woes 120-130

Here's the thing! When I try to go into first gear from a dead stop It seems really hard to get it in first. If I am moving at all it goes right in , no problem. When in motion all gears go in smooth and pull fine, Just first at a stand still sames to be hard to get in. What is this telling me? SELL? KEEP THE FAITH. SAVE FOR MORE REPAIR? Also for like 100 years I have been trying to post a photo of my beloved Amazon on here....and It never seems to upload ..any suggestions there .
