Need a bell housing for 71 B20E 140-160

Arrghh!
I lost the bearing for the countershaft on my M41 and it ate a hole in my bell housing when it spun in the transmission case. The case is lost, but I have a spare M41 I am going to use for the rebuild.
I was looking for a spare bell housing for a B20E 71 volvo, actually mine is a 142E but any from an 1800 should work.
Anybody have a good parts list and source for the M41 parts.
