A torque wrench, breaker bar and a Bentley 240 manual. I've never used gasket sealer in more than a dozen water pump replacements. I haven't had any of them leak. Cam cover gaskets can benifit from a bit of hi temp, sensor safe gasket maker at the arched ends. Good time to change out the T-stat, hoses and drive belts.
