No Headlights 900 1994

I saw your post earlier but with the combination of issues you have I did not want to risk giving a wrong answer that would cost you more money. So I’ll put it this way, if it was out of my pocket I would replace the headlight relay after taking it out and cracking it open. Hopefully, you will find some indication of a toasted circuit inside. Looking at the color photo it is on the row closest to the fuses and the second one from the left and may be marked with a big letter K. Head lights, high beams, fog lights, license plate lights and parking light circuits all go through this relay. When you pull it out also look at the socket to make sure there is no sign of burning due to a short.
