The machine was obviously set up to read everything in degrees and minutes. So we need to convert your toe-in requirement from mm to degrees.
This is not exact (it varies somewhat, dependent upon tire diameter), but certainly close enough for our purposes... multiply by 0.15 to convert toe-in from mm to degrees.
The number in the manual is total toe-in... both wheels. The toe-in requirement of zero to 3 mm would be zero to 0.45 degrees. Looks like your total toe-in is therefore a bit much at 0 deg 46 min - that would be 0.77 degrees (or about 5 mm).
