Is that ready to use or concentrated?

Around here it's around 3 dollars a litre ready to use.

I guess if you use a certified (alu safe) coolant it should be ok. According to volvo their coolant is more than water+antifreeze, they add supplements to prevent corrosion and rubber (hoses) drying out. I guess there's the difference.
