Thanks for all the help! The car was tuned up a year and a half ago, and has less then 12k on it since. I pulled the air filter and it was clean. The fuel pumps are less than 2 years old. The O2 sensor was replaced last summer. Here are the numbers:

HC: MAX MEAS

15mph 116 106
25mph 91 59


CO:

15mph .74 .36
25mph .62 .24

NO:

15mph 791 1722 (FAILED)
25mph 730 695


I forgot to add that the car doesn't have an EGR as the car was orginally purchased in Sweden, and then brought back to the States a few years later. Thanks again one and all for the help :)
