First thing, even before testing. I guess 175K miles and a lot of sitting outside didn't help any. It took 3 weeks just to clean up after the squirrels and their great storage bin! The wiring looks its age, but no one tried them for lunch, thank goodness.
The inside of the throttle switch looks like someone made groves with a nail, as wide as the copper feelers. It is very clean inside, but the plastic holding the contacts is also a little loose.
