Selector Gate Replacement S90-V90 1998

Need to replace the selector gates on my S90 (the plastic liners have discenigrated). This is the third set. Last time was under warranty.

Looked in the achieves, could not find procedure.

Would appreciate if someone could provide procedure particularly as it relates to getting the headliner down for access.
