As ODGuru suggests, it sounds like something is causing it to run rich. If you are getting no other codes than the 1-1-3, then you might want to start looking toward the more "mechanical" possibilities, like the fuel pressure regulator. Connecting a pressure guage to the fuel rail is the true tell-all test for a bad regulator. I can't recall what the pressure should be, but I believe you can find that info in the 700/900 FAQ's section on this site.
Another possibility is the O2 sensor itself or its wiring, as I believe that is what triggers the Lambda code. There again, I think you can find info in the 700/900 FAQ's about performing a resistance check on the sensor.
