MY OBD NO WORKY

Now that the 85 is out of the way I am going to start work on the 91 740 wagon but my OBD no worky anymore so that is where I would like to start. The thing will not light up @ all no blinks no solid light nothing the terminal looks ok no corrosion that I can see any thoughts ?
