Trailer light hook up problems S90-V90

Just installed a Hidden Hitch on my 99 S70 to give you all a good tip, fits like a glove,and easy to instal.
But now I have to hook up the T-lights, Do I need a module, and if yes, what kind fits my S70. I am looking at Reese # 74204 or 74209.
Second question: What are the two loose plugs onthe righ hand rear lights for??? A trailer hook-up???
