Corona Wheels for 245?

I guy I know offered me an '84 parts car that had these wheels on it for $150. I needed the passenger side mirror from it as well as a lens cap and I'm going to use one of the fenders and passenger door for my wagon. The body is in nice shape, although most of the interior has been pulled out. Not sure about the engine and transmission though.
