front suspension shake 700 1986

I have a 1986 740 GLE wagon with just under 283,000miles on her. About a month ago she began shaking around 55mph from the front driverside tire and causing the car to almost wiggle down the road. Recently the car seems to shake around 30mph. I had the driverside ball joint replaced last year and was wondering if anyone might know what the problem could be? Bearings? Bushings? I'd appreciate any advice.
