After about 500 bucks on parts I gave up and had the thing towed to a local shop (who specialize in Volvo). 45min later it was running! It was severely flooded. I never would have guessed!
So, i'm now back to my original problem which caused it to stall in the first place, which is a hesitation when the car is cold. Once it's warm, it's ok. Also, I drove to Quebec City last weekend (1600km round trip) and I was only squeezing out 400km/tank, which is a bit on the hard side.
Could the coolant temp sensor be a good candidate to try next?
Thanks
