Have you removed and cleaned the throttle body? If you do also remove and clean the idle screw housing. As far a vacuum hoses go check both ends of any hose connected to the intake manifold. Also remove the hose and make sure the intake fitting is not blocked. The oil seperator located under the intake manifold can also get very dirty. Take it out and flush it thoroughly with degreaser.
