Trouble code problem 700 1990

"I know its calling for o2 sensor adjustment. But this is a brand new Bosch direct fit sensor, and I am totally confused why it is coming on."

It's good that you posted the 1990 and "Rex" in your signature. Your Regina FI requires a special O2 sensor. There is no "Bosch direct fit" sensor that will work. This is a point that has been thorougly discussed here over the past 2 years or so.

If you got your O2 sensor from FCP, all I can say is that I and others have been telling them for 2+ years that there is no sensor thet will work on both Bosch and Regina FI systems. (Google or Search here on Titania).

Go to sparkplugs.com and enter your car data.
When you get to the large Sparkplug listing, change the "Product Search" from Sparkplugs to Oxygen Sensors.
Then select Regina in the Application menu.
This should get you to the NTK 25002 sensor for about $99 + shipping.
