Switch the Hitch?

Remove the hitch from the 240. The long bolts should be replaced with short bolts - like the ones that were removed when the hitch was installed. Keep the wiring harness if it is a Volvo item.

It is not likely that the hitch will fit your 960. You can get under and have a look, having kept the hitch. But it's very likely that the hitch will sell to another brickster or on eBay.
