Strange Alignment problem, 200 1991

HEllo All, I need some help, maybe some mental but thats another posting.

After replacing my 2 front struts b/c the front passenger strut blew out, and replaced the passenger a-arm front/rear bushings. THEN I got it aligned
The alignment guy, who has done good work for me in the past. said he almost ran out of travel when adjusting my alignment, but he got it in spec on the rack but it stilled pulled to the right. he thought it was the tire on that side b/c it alrady started to show wear on the outer edge. (driver side tire was fine then. however my tires are wearing vary fast on

I have dealt with 2 problems.

1 The outside edge of both left and right tires are wearing very rapidly. Is it possible to have mixed a left and right side part up during reassembly. Are there any parts that are not obvious. Only left or right. Is there some common problems when changing bushings on the a-arm.

2. there seems to be alot of rattle from the front end, esp over bumps , but I have checked all parts.

crossmember bolts
innner and outer tie rods outer tierodes are new.
new boge shocks
new strut tower bushings ( both sides)
tightened strut tube strut retianing bolt.

I am goign to replace slightly worn ball joints tomorrow while I figure this shit out..

I ave replaced all this stuff like 4 times before and never had a problem like this.
