Cranks like hell, won't turn over

Why on earth would you replace the coil without checking to see if it's bad? These cars are not known for chewing up their coils.

Is the engine spinning faster than it normally does when you try to start the car? If so, you're missing compression. I'd suspect a broken timing belt (easy enough to check).

Otherwise, determine what's missing (fuel, air, spark) before you start replacing stuff.
