How do I know if my car has intercooler?

Sounds like you do have an intercooler per the description furnished in the post below this one.

With an intercooler, the B21FT (B21FT-IBS) puts out 160 hp and 187 ft-lbs., not bad for a 2.1L 4 banger that dates back to the mid 70's.
