240 running too rich? 200

Not sure about this problem,so I'll ask you guys for some advice. My 1993 240 requires longer cranking times when it is warm or outside temps are above 70F. When it fires up, it briefly runs rough, sends a small cloud of blue smoke out the tailpipe, then levels out over the next 5 to 10 seconds. On a cold start, with air temps below 70F, it starts immediately and idles smoothly. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, the coolant temperature sensor, and spark plugs. Still no improvement. My thought is that the mixture is too rich on warm startup, therefore the semi-flooded condition. If I take it in to the Volvo dealership, what would they do to determine correct fuel/air mixture? Or, is there something additional I can check for?
