How to test vacuum sensor on ignition module ? 200 1988

hi all !
I have a 230F engine with Volvo/Chrysler ignition module p/n 3517641
The problem: on high RPM (above 2000) i have a detonation. The knock sensor is new, so I think problem
not in it, I wana test the vacuum sensor which on ignition module - I think it must have pot inside ?
I check it impedance while make vacuum with tube, connected to sensor.
The impedance dont change - so is it dead sensor or I was wrong ?
