Tail Lights not functioning 1800

Thanks for your response. I was able to use E-Bay to obtain a good pair of used fixtures for a steal at $20. Taillights are working now. Now I am on to the brake lights and turn signals. I am thinking either a bad relay for the turn signal or perhaps wiring from the steering column. Brake lights may be the brake lights sensor itself.
