Grinding, buzzing when turning left 200 1982

Hi! I am new to this board and a new Volvo owner. I just had to have this '82 Volvo GL. Got it for a sweet price and have driven it with no problems for the past two months. Recently, however, I have noticed a terribly annoying grinding and buzzing sound only when I turn left, and recently on straitaways. When I turn right, all is quiet again and she purrs like a kitten. Is this a tie rod issue? Ball joint? How much will these things cost to replace? Thank you very much. Michael
