Should I buy this 240? 200

Hey guys, I am looking at an 86' 245 wagon for sale. It has 211k on it. I talked the owner down from $1000 to $875.
First the good.
Timing belt changed at 179k
Straight except for a scrape on the drivers door
Drives nice and tight
No cracks in the dash
Newer exhaust

The Bad
It won't go into overdrive, arrow light on the dash stays on.(IPD Kit could fix this for $40 I think)
The heater blower motor is really noisy and only speeds 3 and 4 work on it(Looks like a blower motor replacement kit and resistor board from IPD again)
One headlight is new and one is old, one is yellow and one is white. Does it need a new headlight or can you polish the yellow one?
Of course the AC doesn't work........compressor clicks off and on but?
Any opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
