Inner wing repair - need left inner wing and advice 120-130

I need to replace the rusted innerwings on my 67 122. I have located the right hand side and still need the left hand - side part # 615006. (see CVI catalog) I have also got two almost new fenders, also red, to replace my current ones. I'm hoping to do both of these at the same time and finding the 2nd inner wing has held me up. My right fender is starting to drop and flop a bit -

Anybody out there have a new one they bought and never got around to using?
Anybody done this and have any pointers?
My plan is to to do the fender/bumper/front section R&R to cut down on the cost of shop time.
