Has anyoone done this? I remember a while back there was an ebay listing for a 242 with the later style fron end and the overwhelming response was negative. I want to do this to my 84 244 inorder to take advantage of the pop-in euro sidemarker lights as well as the clean e-code headlamps (H4?) readily availble from the aftermarket. As far as I understand it all that is needed is: fenders, grill, hood, radiator support bracket, and of course the lamps. Am I right about this? I just can't seem to find suitable e-code lighting for my quad 4x6 setup and I do prefer new stuff. She is getting painted soon anyhow - why not "do it up"?! Are brackets/buckets needed for the lamps themselves?
