It's the ground. Look behind your headlights on the driver's side, you'll see a little metal bar with four little metal tabbies. Clean that little bar, and secure, REALLY SECURELY, all the little connectors onto the little metal tabbies...

Dontcha' just love all my technical terms!?!?
