No com in 3rd Pot 200 1982

Compression test 150psi on 2,3+4 with zero on #1. Still zero on Wet test.
Car was running great then on 3 cylinders-real quick, no smoke at exhaust,no water/oil contamination, just a ticking and pinging sound;and rough as heck on idle. Removed cam, valves appear to be moving as per norm.
Car almost drives OK at 100km/h except on the incline.
Is this likely to be a burnt/cracked valve as I think it is firing on the 1st pot over 3500 revs
PS: Three days earlier I added a Pfte treatment to the oil as she's high on the K's
