Need Johnb help on turbo waste gate line 700

Hey Dogs daughter here.Pop is in the hospital right now but,I checked to see replies to the ?? he posted for me.Can this line be fixed by a girl?I hate the grease but,hey if it saves me money and keeps me from getting ripped I'll try.

I'm at my Dad's house so I have access to all kinds of tools,and I know what the Turbo is and where it is located.SO????????????????

And hey thanks for helping,You gave the only advice I haven't tried yet.
It's really important that this car last.My pop has cancer and every once in a while he winds up in the hospital(usually for 3 months at a time).
