Absolutely no power - PLEASE HELP! 700 1989

It actually won't even crank now. Last night it lost most power. I was able to get to about 45 mph for a few miles. I stopped, it was HOT and pressure was in the coolant reservoir. I loostened the cap some and coolant started coming out so I reset it - and let the car sit until this morning.

This morning pressure was gone, coolant is still in tact - no water in oil. It cranked but no power. I attempted to drive it to the shop - not even enough power to pull off. I turned the car off and attempted to recrank it - no go.

Please help if you can. This is my only transportation - I have to get it going! Thanks.
