Wipers Don't Work! 200

Good Morning,

Yesterday when I got in my '88 245, the wipers didn’t work. I tried all the switch positions, but when I tried the washer, the wipers finally came on. After that, they worked fine, and I was able to turn them off and on again.

This morning, again they didn’t work. This time, nothing I did would turn them on. The washer did squirt, and I could hear clicks over the radio when I tried the different switch positions, so I don’t think it’s the switch. Could this be a relay problem?
