I bought our v90 used a few months ago. To be honest, i've never sat in the back seat, so I was kinda surprised to hear this.

A few days ago, i drove some co-workers down the road to get some lunch. One guy rolled down a window in on the rear driver's side door and said "whoa, the door is bulging." Sure enough, the guy on the other side said the same thing. Last night I hopped back there and gave it a try. Basically, as you roll down the power window, the window reaches 3/4 open and then slows. As it slows, the inner door panel pushes out about 1/2 inch, then goes back in, and then the window speeds up again. the reverse happens on the way up.

I've never had a car do this before. any ideas?
