Another bulb failure relay question 200 1990

I know this has been beat to death on this forum. I am trying to replace mine. I have located but it does not want to come off. Can the wiring harness be pried off or should the relay come off easy. I dont see any kind of clip on it. I dont want to damage anything. Thanks .
