Which blower motor for my 89 740 GLE??? 700 1989

Of course the typical chirping noises from the bearings of my daughter's 89 740 GLE are getting louder. Yesterday she phoned while on the road that the A/C was sending out a 'burning smell'...after she turned off the blower it went away. SOOOOO, that means that Dad is going to replace the blower motor this week (she's taking my 86 745 as a loaner).

Now, the 89 has the 2 prong connector (my 86 has the one-prong and I just replaced it 4 months ago).

FCP Groton lists the 3537854 model for 740's and the 3537857 for 760's (the photos seem to show that the 3737857 includes some brackets for updating the installation).

Which is the correct motor for the 89 740?? Is the 854 model just the motor alone and the 857 model the complete kit for updating??
Anybody have a clue??

I'm asking cuz my own father retired from being an autp parts Counter Man and has kept the employee price for car parts and he offered to buy it for me. Cheaper than wholesale. Yay!
